A: I want to make my Deuce safer, more reliable, and better than originally manufactured.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Re-powered the M35A2 with a Cummins 6BT 5.9L + Allison AT545 transmission Black Rock Fab 8 inch frame lift to make room for 53" Michelin XZL 16R20 tires
Bobbed the deuce (removed 1 rear axle & shortened the frame by 3 feet)
Swapped the original deuce bed for a M105A2 trailer bed (pick-up truck look)
LED headlights, brake lights, reverse lights, and turn signals for better visibility
Installed a Vintage Air Gen II A/C + Heat + Defrost system Black Rock Fab front/rear disc brake conversion kit
Hydroboost (split) brake system assembly Ouverson Engineering & Machine rear locker
Both 12 volt & 24 volt electrical systems Waterloo Specialties power steering kit
Nathan Airchime K5LA train horn Black Rock Fab 28" drop hitch
Emergency Air Shutoff Valve

Q. What repairs have you completed so far?
A: Not many.
Replaced/Relocated the Autometer electric Oil Pressure Sender (3,400 miles after Cummins engine swap)
Replaced the 12 volt EC450 Horton Fan Clutch (1,000 miles after Cummins engine swap)
Replaced rubber hose for Deuce 24v in-tank pump (disconnected for Cummins engine swap)

Q. Is there anything that you put on the deuce that you took off?
A: Not much.
Removed DIY fording kit. Tubing ID too small. Used larger tubing on new system.
Removed coolant filter from Multifuel. Added it to Cummins engine (A/C page).
